Hi, I’m Debbie, and I’m so glad you’re here!

After 27 years of teaching, I retired and discovered how much I loved having the time to create. What began as a creative outlet grew into a passion for designing beautiful projects and sharing that creativity with others.

Today, Folio & Frills is all about paper crafting with a little something extra—the pretty details, ribbons, layers, embellishments, and finishing touches that make a project feel special.

Here you’ll find 3D card folios, digital printables, paper packs, tags, ephemera, and creative projects designed to inspire you to sit down, make something beautiful, and enjoy the process.

One of my favorite parts of this journey is teaching. Through my YouTube tutorials, I love showing you how to take these designs and turn them into finished projects of your own. Whether you’re an experienced paper crafter or just getting started, I want you to feel like you can create right along with me.
